Omnirexis is the trading name of Ross Gallagher, a sole trader, of Bartle House, 9 Oxford Court, Manchester M2 3WQ.
We collect the name, company, email, phone number and any business information you choose to share on the contact form, so we can respond to an enquiry or book a strategy call. We do not sell this information.
When you submit the form, the details are sent to our enquiry endpoint and processed by the hosting, email, and/or CRM providers we have configured for delivery (for example a webhook into automation or CRM, and transactional email). Secure service providers may also process details on our behalf for meeting scheduling. Access, permissions and data handling for client implementations are assessed per project and agreed before systems are connected.
We use Vercel Web Analytics to see how the site is used: it does not use cookies or identify individual visitors, and only gives us aggregate figures such as page views, referring sites, country and device type.
How long we keep your information
We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows. When an agreement with us ends, you can ask us to export your data within 30 days. After that we delete it from our live systems.
Copies held in backups expire in line with our providers’ standard backup cycles. We keep legal and accounting records, such as invoices, for as long as the law requires.
